Let our lifetime warranty At Legacy Auto Body, we guarantee all of the repairs performed for as long as you own the vehicle. All new parts are subject to the manufactures or distributors warranty. All paintwork on new OEM parts itemized on the repair order is covered by the warranty and will be re-done at our expense or our paint manufacturers. It may be necessary for us to seek prior approval from the paint manufacturer claims.
Incident cost such as towing fees, or car rental charges, and/or travel expenses are not covered specifically by this warranty. Any failure due to lack of maintenance, additional accidents, vandalism, or unreasonable use or care of the vehicle are excluded from this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and is complete and exclusive between the customer and the repairer, which represents all of the parties involved. This warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any other course of dealing between parties or usage of trade.
